Tokimeitē brings contemporary Japanese dining to the heart of London’s Mayfair luxury retail quarter, featuring a modern interpretation of the classic authentic flavours of wa-shoku cuisine by sourcing the finest produce, including the award-winning Japanese wagyu beef.

Created through a collaboration between world-renowned Michelin-starred Kyoto chef Yoshihiro Murata and acclaimed designer Yasumichi Morita, Tokimeitē is set over three levels, with each space characterised by a unique design aesthetic inspired by the traditions of Japanese crafts and festivals.

Tokimeitē’s elegant yet informal environment invites guests to dine according to their mood or occasion, from a casual get-together with friends over drinks and sharing plates, to a private dinner with specially selected course dishes. An extensive range of premium sake, shochu and whiskies is also offered to complement the cuisine.

The restaurant is operated by Zen-Noh Group, the business arm of Japan’s largest agricultural cooperative, JA.
